TOMB RAIDER I-III REMASTERED SCORES NEW PLATFORMS AND OUTFITS
[ 12 March 2026 ]
Tomb Raider I-III Remastered has received a substantial content update and is now available on the Nintendo Switch 2 and mobile devices. The collection features a challenge mode, ten additional outfits for the British adventurer Lara Croft, and numerous improvements and optimisations. The update is rolling out across all platforms, with the Switch 2 and mobile versions available on their respective stores.
The Tomb Raider I-III remastered collection is based on the original titles developed by Core Design and was released in February 2024. Embracer Group reported that the collection received favourable critical reception and exceeded the company's internal performance expectations. The remasters, developed by Saber Interactive and Aspyr Media, include all previously released expansions and secret levels from the original games.
Among the enhancements introduced in this collection, players may choose between the original graphics and an enhanced visual mode, as well as between classic and modern control schemes. The remasters also feature a photo mode, fully rendered 3D replacements for item sprites, and support for trophies and achievements. By retaining the original source code and game engine, the collection preserves the structure and gameplay mechanics of the original titles.
