FLYING WILD HOG REVEALS NEW LOOK AT LARA CROFT TO MARK ANNIVERSARY

Flying Wild Hog, the developers behind Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis, have offered a new look at their interpretation of the British archaeologist and adventurer Lara Croft, as the studio marks its 17-year anniversary. In conjunction with the anniversary, the studio unveiled a star-studded collection of video game characters on its official X page.

"It's been 17 years of passion, ambition, creativity, and the best kind of wild chaos, all poured into making the kinds of games we've always wanted to play ourselves. To every Hog who's been part of this journey, past and present: thank you. And to our fans, the ones who play, cheer, share, meme, and keep coming back for more, you've made this wild ride possible," Flying Wild Hog posted on social media platform X.

Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis is a reimagining of the 1996 Tomb Raider game. Developed entirely in Unreal Engine 5, it includes redesigned environments, updated gameplay mechanics, refined sound design, classic exploration, and expanded storytelling, while remaining faithful to the spirit of the original. The game is scheduled for release in 2026 on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
