TOMB RAIDER LEGACY OF ATLANTIS BEHIND-THE-SCENES DEVELOPER VIDEO RELEASED

A new behind-the-scenes video featuring developers from Crystal Dynamics and Flying Wild Hog discussing Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis, a reimagining of Lara Croft's debut adventure, has been released. The video includes lead actor Alix Wilton Regan, who voices Lara Croft, alongside development team members, and covers the character's role in the game, her personality, and related creative decisions.

Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis is planned for release in February 2027 and reimagines Lara Croft's first adventure, with updated visuals, revised gameplay systems, and additional narrative content, while retaining the original game's structure and setting. It is being developed by Flying Wild Hog in collaboration with Crystal Dynamics.

Built in Unreal Engine 5, the game centres on exploration across multiple locations, traversal through hazardous environments, and environmental puzzle-solving. The narrative follows Lara Croft's search for fragments of the Scion, an artefact within the series associated with significant power. The game will be released on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC.
