LARA CROFT AND THE GUARDIAN OF LIGHT SCORES UPDATE ON MOBILE PLATFORMS
[ 4 March 2026 ]
Feral Interactive has issued an update for Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, bumping the game to version 1.2.7RC2. The update is being deployed in a phased manner, and its availability on Android and iOS platforms may vary according to region and device. Users are advised to consult their respective app stores, as the staged rollout may result in minor differences in release timing.
Originally developed by Crystal Dynamics and published by Square Enix Europe, Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light represents the first entry in the Tomb Raider franchise to be made available exclusively through digital distribution. Departing from the series' traditional third-person viewpoint, the game adopts an isometric perspective, offering a fresh visual and gameplay experience distinct from previous instalments.
The game combines elements of exploration, puzzle-solving, and platforming with action-oriented combat and an integrated co-operative mode. Set in the heart of Central America, the narrative follows Lara Croft as she navigates ancient tombs, evades intricate traps, and confronts adversaries inspired by Mayan mythology, including the deity Xolotl and his legion of undead warriors.
Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light is available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play. See our Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light section for the latest news and assets.
