LARA CROFT GO VERSION 2.8.2 ROLLING OUT ON ANDROID AND IOS PLATFORMS
[ 15 January 2026 ]
Deca Games has released version 2.8.2 of Lara Croft GO for Android and iOS platforms. According to the official changelog, the update introduces numerous fixes and optimisations. As the rollout is being conducted in stages, availability may differ between regions and devices.
Lara Croft GO is a turn-based puzzle adventure game in which players guide British archaeologist Lara Croft through the ruins of an ancient and forgotten civilisation. The game comprises over 115 puzzles across seven chapters, following a narrative inspired by the legend of the Queen of Venom.
Gameplay involves solving spatial and environmental puzzles while avoiding hostile creatures, navigating traps, and uncovering hidden relics. Collecting these relics allows players to unlock alternative outfits for Lara Croft. The game is widely recognised for its stylised art direction, atmospheric soundtrack, and intuitive swipe-based controls.
Originally developed by Square Enix Montreal, Lara Croft GO is now maintained by Deca Live Operations. Further information, including download options for various platforms, can be found in the Tomb Raider Buyer's Guide.
