TOMB RAIDER IV-VI REMASTERED WINS PLAYSTATION PLAYERS' CHOICE AWARD

Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered has won the PlayStation Players' Choice Award for Best New Game in February of 2025. The remastered classic Tomb Raider series, developed by Saber Interactive and Aspyr Media, was chosen as the winner by players. The announcement was posted on the official PlayStation Blog.

Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered offers a fresh experience for both long-time fans and new players. Originally developed by Core Design, the remastered collection features enhanced visuals, improving environments, character models, and artefacts while staying true to the original aesthetic. One standout feature is the ability to seamlessly switch between classic and modern graphics, allowing players to choose between a nostalgic experience or updated visuals.

In addition to graphical improvements, the remastered collection introduces several quality-of-life updates, including boss health bars, new trophies and achievements, and a modernised control system. Players also have the option to revert to the original tank-style controls for a more authentic, old-school feel.

Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered is out now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Series X and S, Microsoft Windows and Nintendo Switch.
