CRYSTAL DYNAMICS TO ATTEND GAME DEVELOPERS CONFERENCE

Tomb Raider developer Crystal Dynamics will be attending the Game Developers Conference in March of 2025. Alisha Thayer, Design Director at Crystal Dynamics, will participate in a session titled 'Rules of the Game 2025: Uncommon Techniques from Insightful Designers.' Audience members will hear very specific, practical, unique, and personal game design rules from veteran, respected game designers.

Returning for 2025, this session brings together a cohort of experienced game designers, each of whom have shipped amazing games. In the session, each designer gets 10 minutes to share a technique they use in the creation of their projects, each exploring a different facet of game design. This fast-paced session will show you detailed, practical, and inspirational design methods that will challenge your thinking and make you a more versatile designer.

Crystal Dynamics are developing a new multi-platform Tomb Raider title powered by Unreal Engine 5, with Amazon Game Studios providing full support and publishing the game globally. The as-yet-untitled new Tomb Raider game is a single-player, narrative-driven adventure that continues Lara Croft's story in the Tomb Raider series.
