EMBRACER GROUP ON TRANSFORMATIVE PARTNERSHIPS

Embracer Group has announced an update on transformative partnership and licensing deals. Embracer Group own 134 internal game development studios including Gearbox Software, Crystal Dynamics and Eidos-Montreal.

"Embracer Group is, as previously communicated, working on partnership and licensing deals with several industry partners that are considered jointly transformative. A notable range of outcomes from these deals has previously been expected to be completed during the financial year 2022/23."

"Negotiations are progressing according to plan in terms of scope. However, Embracer Group now expects that these deals are not likely to be completed in Q4 FY 2022/23, but instead in Q1 FY 2023/24 (April-June 2023)."

"Additional information will be announced no later than in connection with the interim report Q4 FY 2022/23, which will be released on 24 May 2023."
