The realism of the game is further
enhanced by the player's access to
characters working at the plant when
the terrorists struck. The emotional
impact of a terrorist attack is conveyed
through the character of a traumatized
secretary, Tanya Shaw. She has no
agenda other than to escape the horror
of the situation by any means necessary.
During
the time Tanya has worked at the plant
she has made several close friends
of her co-workers, including her boyfriend
of the past 3 years who works as a
driver in the warehouse area.
The
morning of the terrorist attack, Tanya
is at her desk talking to her boyfriend
on the telephone, but within minutes,
her life will be torn apart as the
terrorists storm the plant and begin
to slaughter any part of the workforce
offering the slightest resistance
or non-cooperation.
There
is utter chaos when the terrorists
storm in to Tanya's office. Unable
to control the terrified workers,
the terrorists open fire, slaughtering
everyone in sight. Tanya manages to
stay hidden under her desk but witnessing
her friends being ripped apart by
the gunfire leaves her severely traumatized.
As
Tanya, the player will be able to
use a Security Pass which allows her
to access areas of the plant unavailable
to the other characters. Her knowledge
of the plant will also allow the player
to bring up a map of the plant at
any time.
Tanya's
objectives will be based around evading
capture; her actions will therefore
revolve around hiding from the terrorists,
distracting them so she can pass them
and diverting them in other ways so
that she can find a safe passage or
complete other objectives. One of
her unique abilities includes being
able to use fire extinguishers to
put out fires
