Eidos Interactive has confirmed the best-selling war epic Commandos II: Men Of Courage will be ported to Microsoft's XBOX sporting new character control enhancements tailored for the next generation gaming console, Console Wire reports today.

Commandos 2: Men of Courage is a tactical action/strategy game set against the backdrop of World War II. Taking control of an elite group of commandos, players must venture deep into enemy territory and utilize their combined expertise to complete a series of mission-based objectives.

Rich designed environments based on authentic WWII locations are powered by a new 3D engine which rotates the environment 360°, moving seamlessly and maintaining aspect ratio. Commandos II current supports Sony's Playstation II and PC platforms.
