Buffy the Vampire Slayer has outclassed Lara Croft, Xena Warrior Princess and Charlie’s Angels to win Sky Magazine's top world action heroine accolade for 2002. Actress Sarah Michelle Gellar fought off stiff competition from Tomb Raider star Angelina Jolie and Bill Murray’s Charlie's Angels.

The Tae Kwon Do brown belt said the result of a Sky magazine poll was a boost for women who have not had boob jobs. "It's important to me to know you don't have to have big silicone breasts falling out and a thigh-high skirt. To me, being sexy is about being confident. I don't drink. I don't smoke and have never done drugs. I avoid fried food and have quit coffee."
