CRYSTAL DYNAMICS SHARES SECOND CROFT MANOR ARCHIVES TEASER

Crystal Dynamics has released a second teaser for what it is calling the Croft Manor Archives, a collection of letters intended to expand the lore surrounding British adventurer Lara Croft and the Tomb Raider series. The latest teaser continues the developer's focus on exploring the series' history through archival material, offering fans a deeper look into the Croft family's past.
The newly shared image features an aged letter from T.E. Croft dated 1881, partially tucked inside an envelope beneath a June calendar with the 16th circled in red. While Crystal Dynamics has yet to reveal the significance of the date or the contents of the correspondence, the Croft Manor Archives appears set to unveil previously unseen details connected to the Croft family lineage and the wider mythology of the series.
The Croft Manor Archives initiative is believed to form part of a wider effort to expand the Tomb Raider universe ahead of the launch of Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis and Tomb Raider Catalyst, both currently slated for release next year. Further information is expected as Crystal Dynamics continues to unveil new entries from the archive in the lead-up to the games' release.
