AMAZON GAME STUDIOS SHARES NEW TOMB RAIDER LEGACY OF ATLANTIS ARTWORK

Amazon Game Studios has released new concept art for Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis, showing Lara Croft exploring Vilcabamba in Peru. The artwork depicts the weather-beaten British adventurer among crumbling stone and wooden structures within ancient ruins deep in a mountain range.
Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis is being developed by Flying Wild Hog in collaboration with Crystal Dynamics. The game is described as a reimagining of the original 1996 Tomb Raider developed by Core Design. It is built using Unreal Engine 5 and includes updated graphics, revised gameplay systems and additional story content while retaining the structure and narrative of the original release.
The game follows Lara Croft as she travels through the jungles of Peru, the ruins of Greece, the deserts of Egypt and a remote island linked to myth in search of the Scion, an artefact that forms the central focus of the story.
Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis is scheduled for release on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC on 12 February 2027. Selected editions will include up to 48 hours of early access before the standard release date.
