TOMB RAIDER LEGACY OF ATLANTIS LAUNCH DATE TRAILER PASSES 5.6M VIEWS

The launch date trailer for Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis, first shown during the June 2026 State of Play presentation, has accumulated approximately 5.6 million views across official publisher, franchise and media channels. Based on publicly available figures, the trailer recorded 1.3 million views on PlayStation's X account and 1.1 million views on PlayStation's YouTube channel.

Additional views came from the Play Tomb Raider accounts, with 529,000 views on X and 1.4 million views on YouTube, while the Tomb Raider brand accounts generated 333,000 views on X and 138,000 views on YouTube.

The trailer was also distributed through third-party channels. IGN's YouTube upload recorded 741,000 views, while Xbox's YouTube channel generated 76,000 views. Combined, these uploads bring the trailer's total tracked audience to approximately 5.62 million views across X and YouTube. The largest share of views came from the Play Tomb Raider YouTube upload, followed by PlayStation's uploads across both platforms.

Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis is a remake of the 1996 Tomb Raider game developed by Core Design and published by Eidos Interactive. The project features updated graphics, modified gameplay mechanics and additional story content while following the original game's locations and overall progression. Developed in Unreal Engine 5, the game follows Lara Croft as she travels across multiple regions in search of the Scion, an artefact of immeasurable power.

The game is scheduled for release on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC on 12 February 2027. Players who purchase selected editions will receive access up to 48 hours before the standard release date.
