The management at Land Rover's Birmingham plant have devised a devilishly new scheme to bond its 11,000 employees into a closer, more adhesive unit - a free ticket to see Paramount Pictures Lara Croft: Tomb Raider motion picture, The Times reports today.

All 11,000 employees will be divided into parties and sent marching in to watch one of this summers biggest box office movies in an attempt to familiarize themselves with the customized Land Rover Defender which made its silver screen debut during filming in Cambodia's Angkor Wat temples. Staff will also be shown a prototype of the new Land Rover which will make its commercial debut next year.
