TWO UPCOMING TOMB RAIDER TITLES LEAK AHEAD OF THE GAME AWARDS UNVEILING

Two upcoming Tomb Raider titles have reportedly leaked ahead of their official unveiling at The Game Awards 2025. Tomb Raider: Catalyst is said to be the next mainline entry in the Tomb Raider series, while Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis is described as a reimagining of the original adventure created by Core Design.

According to leaked promotional material circulating online, Tomb Raider: Catalyst follows Lara Croft on a new expedition across Northern India. The game is expected to launch on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC in 2027. Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis is presented as a stunning reimagining of Lara Croft's genre-defining 1996 debut, featuring breathtaking visuals, modern gameplay, and new surprises that honour the spirit of the original. This title is also planned for release on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC.

Crystal Dynamics has been developing the next instalment in the Tomb Raider franchise for a number of years. Powered by Unreal Engine 5, Amazon Game Studios will provide global publishing support for the highly anticipated title. The Lara Croft-helmed video game is set to deliver a single-player, narrative-driven experience, continuing the story of the British adventurer.
