SENIOR PUBLISHING PRODUCER ROLE REOPENED FOR AMAZON'S TOMB RAIDER PROJECT
[ 20 August 2025 ]
Amazon Games has reopened recruitment for a Senior Publishing Producer to join its Tomb Raider franchise team, a position it first advertised in May 2024. The role is linked to the company's partnership with Crystal Dynamics, with whom it is developing and publishing the next major instalment in the Tomb Raider series. The listing appeared on the official Amazon Jobs website.
The listing notes that Amazon Games is seeking candidates who are independent, adaptable, and capable of working both individually and collaboratively. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are emphasised, along with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
Responsibilities for the role include establishing and overseeing production processes, validating milestones, monitoring progress, and managing risks across development teams, internal stakeholders, and, where necessary, external agencies. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain reliable delivery schedules, implement approval procedures, and coordinate communication across a broad publishing organisation.
Under an existing agreement, Crystal Dynamics is developing the forthcoming Tomb Raider title using Unreal Engine 5. Amazon Games will provide publishing support worldwide. The new game, which remains untitled, is confirmed to be a single-player, narrative-driven adventure that continues Lara Croft's story.
