TOMB RAIDER SOCIAL UPDATED TO MASTODON 4.4.2

Tomb Raider Social has been updated to Mastodon 4.4.2 and is now accepting connections. This release includes several important fixes and improvements, such as enhanced accessibility for custom select menus and dropdown components, improved styling for quote posts and login buttons, and crucial bug fixes for Firefox users, including clickable menus and readable poll selections.

The update also addresses security by updating dependencies and enhances support for quote verification and processing of incoming quotes. Additionally, the age limit wording has been clarified, and bio hashtags now link to local pages instead of remote instances.

Tomb Raider Social is built upon Mastodon, a decentralised social media platform that operates under an open-source framework. This architecture enables users to establish and manage their own servers, known as instances, each governed by distinct rules and thematic focuses. In contrast to conventional social media platforms, Mastodon prioritises user autonomy, privacy, and community governance, providing chronological, advertisement-free, and non-algorithmic content feeds.
