An Italian priest has banned Core Designs Tomb Raider videogame from his parish because he deems sultry adventurer Lara Croft too sexy for his fellow priests, instead allowing them to thrash the likes of Tekken 3 and Crazy Taxi in a bid to learn more about youth culture, Ananova reports today.

Father Mazzi told La Stampa newspaper: "Condemning violent video games is simply not enough. We have to understand what they're about. Video games play an enormous role in youngsters' lives nowadays." But the Milan parish priest drew the line at Lara Croft, saying the sexy heroine would be a step to far for fellow parish members.
