SOPHIE TURNER LISTED ON IMDB AS PLAYING LARA CROFT

Sophie Turner has been listed as playing Lara Croft in an upcoming untitled Tomb Raider project on IMDb following reports in November that the English actress was being considered for the role. Phoebe Waller-Bridge is attached as writer and executive producer and Dmitri M. Johnson, Amanda Greenblatt, and Ryan Andolina are attached as producers.

Crystal Dynamics announced in May of 2024 that Lara Croft is coming to Amazon Prime Video in a new Tomb Raider live-action series. Amazon Studios boss Jennifer Salke told Variety in October that Tomb Raider is in production and Phoebe Waller-Bridge is 'working in close partnership with Tomb Raider General Manager Dallas Dickinson and the game producers.'

The Film and Television Industry Alliance recently listed an 'untitled Tomb Raider project' under development by Amazon MGM, with filming scheduled for February 2025.
