ALICIA VIKANDER WOULD RETURN AS LARA CROFT

Alicia Vikander has told The Independent's Jacob Stolworthy she would return as Lara Croft given the chance and said she had 'so much fun' playing the British adventurer in the 2018 action-adventure film Tomb Raider. The Academy Award-winning actress was doing press for her latest film Firebrand, a historical drama film in which she stars opposite Jude Law.

Earlier this year, Embracer Group announced a new partnership between Crystal Dynamics and Amazon MGM Studios to create new films and TV series based on the popular Lara Croft-helmed franchise, the first of which is a new live-action Tomb Raider series coming to Amazon Prime Video.
