EMBRACER GROUP REPORTEDLY SELLING SABER INTERACTIVE

Embracer Group is gearing up to sell Saber Interactive to a group of private investors in a deal worth 500 million USD, according to a report from Bloomberg. The sale may include Aspyr Media, developers of Tomb Raider I-III Remastered, who is a subsidiary of Saber Interactive. Embracer Group has yet to comment on the report.

Embracer Group owns 132 internal game development studios including Gearbox Software and Crystal Dynamics plus an extensive catalogue of over 900 owned or controlled franchises including Borderlands and Tomb Raider. Embracer Group's shares are publicly listed on Nasdaq Stockholm under the ticker EMBRAC B.
