TOMB RAIDER LEGACY OF ATLANTIS FINEST FRAMES FROM REIMAGINING EGYPT MINI-DOC

Amazon Game Studios has released the tenth episode of its behind-the-scenes mini-documentary series on Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis. Reimagining Egypt explores the sunken tombs of Egypt, offering viewers a closer look at the environments alongside new concept art. A selection of the episode's finest frames can be viewed in 4K, while the full episode is available to watch on the studio's YouTube channel.
Built in Unreal Engine 5, Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis offers a modern reimagining of Lara Croft's original adventure, drawing inspiration from both Core Design's Tomb Raider and Crystal Dynamics' later Tomb Raider Anniversary.
The adventure once again sees the British archaeologist embark on a globe-spanning expedition, journeying through Peru, Greece and Egypt before reaching a mysterious lost island. At the heart of her quest are the scattered pieces of the Scion, an ancient relic whose origins are entwined with the legend of Atlantis.
Flying Wild Hog is leading development in collaboration with Crystal Dynamics. Tomb Raider Legacy of Atlantis is scheduled for release on 12 February 2027 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2 and PC. Three editions will be offered at launch, including Standard, Deluxe and Collector's. Players purchasing either of the latter two editions will also receive 48 hours of early access ahead of the game's general release.
