TOMB RAIDER SOCIAL UPDATED TO MASTODON 4.2.8

Tomb Raider Social has been updated to Mastodon 4.2.8. This update changes registrations to be closed by default and sets out behavioural changes to combat spam for when Mastodon servers are abandoned.
