Deposed Lara Croft model Nell McAndrew ignored a reported embargo from last nights UK Tomb Raider premiere by attending Leicester Sq. Odeon in a £2000 purple rubber dress accompanied by Big Brother star Bubble.

Earlier this week, Tomb Raider star Angelina Jolie reportedly banned all former Lara Croft models from last nights premiere for fear of being upstaged, but the 4,000 strong turn-out last night were solely captivated with Jolie, who arrived with husband Billy Bob Thornton in black leather trousers and a black vest top. Jolie toured for almost 20 minutes before disappearing into the theatre with father Jon Voight and brother James closely following suit. Speaking to the BBC, she spoke of her fears of portraying Core Designs cyber-babe heroine Lara Croft after the movie was coolly received by critics in the U.S. "I'm hoping it's going to be empowering for everyone."

Lara Croft: Tomb Raider movie opens Friday 6th June across the U.K.
