Former Lara Croft model Nell McAndrew is reportedly devastated over claims that Oscar-winning Tomb Raider star Angelina Jolie has embargoed her presence at this evenings UK premiere of Paramount Pictures Lara Croft: Tomb Raider motion picture.

Nell, who paid £350 for a rubber cat-suit to mimic the Core Design cyber-heroine, told British tabloid newspaper The Sun: "I'm absolutely devastated. Angelina is a major Hollywood star so of course she will be the centre of attention. It seems unfair that people like me who helped make Lara Croft a huge success shouldn't be part of the premiere."

Lara Croft: Tomb Raider chronicles the adventures of Core Designs phenomenally successful videogame character sent on a quest to recover the ancient Eye of Ages. During it's opening weekend in the U.S. the action movie generated $48.2m in ticket sales, a new record for a female driven motion picture, according to Paramount Pictures.
