Embracer Group, owners of 138 internal studios including Gearbox Software, Crystal Dynamics and Eidos Montreal, has announced a directed share issue of 80,000,000 new B shares raising proceeds of SEK 2 billion has been completed. The subscription price at the time of transaction was SEK 25.00 per B share and a total of 80,000,000 B shares were issued.

While the restructuring program is developing according to plan, the proceeds from this share issue will further strengthen our financial position, improving both financing cost and our operational flexibility, and enabling us to focus on the key aspects of the program." Embracer Group CEO and Co-founder, Lars Wingefors, told investors.
