ANIMAL LOGIC STUDIO TO BE ACQUIRED BY NETFLIX

Animal Logic, the creative studio behind animations for Lara Croft and her partnership with VISA, energy drink Lucozade and shorts for The Last Revelation and The Angel of Darkness, will be acquired by streaming giant Netflix.
"Today, we announced that we will be acquiring leading animation studio Animal Logic, with 800 amazing people mostly in Sydney and Vancouver, which will help us accelerate the development of our animation production capabilities and reinforces our commitment to build a world-class animation studio." Netflix has told shareholders.
Animal Logic is a digital production company at the forefront of the international visual effects industry. Over the past decade it has proven itself across a broad range of visual media including film, television, computer games and Internet.
