ALICIA VIKANDER ON TOMB RAIDER SEQUEL PROGRESS

Tomb Raider star Alicia Vikander has confirmed a second Tomb Raider motion picture is still in progress during an interview with Wilson Morales from BlackFilmandTV.com. "Misha Green is working on the script and I think things are finally gearing up again after this year and a half of lockdown and I would love to go on another adventure." Alicia confirmed.
The next Tomb Raider motion picture has been tentatively titled Tomb Raider: Obsidian, according to a tweet by storyteller Misha Green who has written a first draft of the screenplay. "Still a long journey to production. Title's not even approved. But first draft finished." Misha Green tweeted on 14 May 2021.
