JASON CHESTER CREATES CLASSIC TOMB RAIDER II SCENES

[ 26 May 2020 ]

Digital artist Jason Chester has paid homage to Lara Croft and Tomb Raider by producing a series of low poly scenes from Core Design's 1996 classic Tomb Raider II. Visualised through a collection of scenes created in 3D creation software Blender, each model represents a level snapshot and culminates with a classic scene from Croft Manor.

Tomb Raider II was developed by Core Design and released in 1997. Lara Croft returns to travel around the globe to retrieve a precious artefact before it falls into the wrong hands. The legendary artefact, the Dagger of Xian, is said to give its possessor the power of a fire-breathing dragon.
