Jon Voight, cast to play Lord Henshingly Croft alongside real life daughter Angelina Jolie in Paramount Pictures upcoming Tomb Raider motion picture, talks to the Associated Press about the physical aspects of Jolies character.

"It's no surprise Angelina Jolie has chosen physically demanding movie roles," said her father, Jon Voight. "Angie was very gifted athletically as a kid,'' Voight told AP Radio. "She played on this little soccer team and she was one of the youngest. She was one of the best.'' Now 26, Jolie is putting those childhood skills to use as the adventurous Lara Croft in "Tomb Raider,'' a movie based on the video game.

"Now she's doing `Tomb Raider' where she's doing all these athletics and climbing, you know, mountain climbing and karate and kickboxing and stuff like that. And she loves it, she just loves it,'' the 62-year-old actor said. "And that's because she always was an athlete, you know, she always had that athletic stuff in her.''
