Variety
reports Buffy the Vampire Slayer alum Marti Noxon
is on board to scribe Tomb Raider. Graham King
and MGM are both on board to produce a motion
picture based on the adventures of Lara Croft.
Two
previous films based on the video-game franchise
starred Academy Award winner Angelina Jolie and
performed well at the box office. Lara Croft Tomb
Raider raked in $274 million worldwide and The
Cradle of Life recorded $156 million.
