SCOT AMOS TO JOIN
CRYSTAL DYNAMICS

Scot
Amos, formerly Visceral Games (Dead Space) executive
producer, has joined the senior management team
at Redwood City CA-based Crystal Dynamics. Amos
will lead a team charged with developing a new
IP for the studio.
"We are
thrilled to add Scot's 20 years of experience
and over 25 shipped games worth of expertise as
the cornerstone for our new venture," Darrell
Gallagher, General Manager of Crystal Dynamics
told Game
Informer. "His knowledge of building new IP,
forging world-class teams, and shipping blockbuster
games is a great infusion to our studio's on-going
growth and talent base."
Crystal
Dynamics are currently developing a ninth Lara
Croft-helmed adventure titled Tomb Raider. The
game will be geared towards a more mature audience
and feature a darker glimpse into the life of
British archaeologist Lara Croft.
