Crystal Dynamics today announced its LARA CROFT AND THE GUARDIAN OF LIGHT App is now available on the App Store. There are two versions of the app, one for iPhone and iPod touch and a special iPad-exclusive HD version that takes advantage of the device's large, high-resolution display.

The critically acclaimed LARA CROFT AND THE GUARDIAN OF LIGHT App features Lara and her partner Totec in a fast-paced action adventure that's loaded with enemies, devious traps and mind boggling puzzles and offers many firsts from a Lara Croft game including co-op play to the isometric camera from which to view incredible graphical detail and action.

"We're thrilled to bring the LARA CROFT AND THE GUARDIAN OF LIGHT App to iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users," said Darrell Gallagher, General Manager of Crystal Dynamics. "The controls have been optimized to take advantage of these amazing devices and the graphics are absolutely stunning."

LARA CROFT AND THE GUARDIAN OF LIGHT was developed for Crystal Dynamics by Ideaworks Game Studio a UK based developer of digital titles. The LARA CROFT AND THE GUARDIAN OF LIGHT App is available for £3.99 for iPhone and iPod touch and 5.99 for the HD version for iPad from the App Store on iPhone, iPod touch and iPad, or at www.itunes.com/appstore.
