A stunning
new Tomb
Raider Underworld render showcasing Lara
Croft in a death-defying grab has appeared
online in glorious HQ resolution. The render had
previously been used as cover artwork by numerous
print
magazines who began rolling out coverage on
Tomb Raider Underworld in December 2007.
Tomb
Raider Underworld pits Lara Croft in Southern
Mexico where she must unravel the mystery surrounding
the five missing days of the Mayan calendar, an
apocalyptic time when the portals between the
mortal realm and the Underworld dissolve, allowing
ill-intending deities to wreak disaster and mayhem.
The game
is being developed by Crystal
Dynamics and will release in December 2008
on Sony PS3, Microsoft Xbox 360, Windows PC, Nintendo
Wii and Sony PS2. Follow the below referenced
