SCi GROUP DEMOTED TO SMALLCAP INDEX

SCi Entertainment Group - publishers of Tomb Raider and the Hitman video-game series - will be demoted to the Financial Times Share Index (FTSE) SmallCap Index. The changes will be implemented at the start of business on Monday Sept 18.

Based in Wimbledon, South London, Eidos Interactive Ltd, part of SCi Entertainment Group Plc (SEG), is one of the world's leading developers of entertainment software.

Eidos consists of publishing operations across Europe and the US and several development studios including Crystal Dynamics, IO Interactive and Pivotal Games as well as a valuable stake in other studios.

The FTSE 100 Index is a share index of the 100 largest companies listed on the London Stock Exchange. The index is seen as a barometer of success of the British economy and is the leading share index in Europe.
