Bee-stung lipped Lara Croft Tomb Raider star Angelina Jolie has been tipped as frontrunner in the race to become James Bond's new on-screen beauty. The Academy Award winning actress is reportedly in talks with film bosses about playing Russian agent Vesper Lynd opposite Daniel Craig.

Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. and Sony Pictures Entertainment announced on Friday that Daniel Craig had been cast in the role of the legendary British secret agent, James Bond, in the highly anticipated 007 adventure thriller Casino Royale. Pic will be helmed by GoldenEye director Martin Campbell and will debut Nov 2006.
