Studio has appointed Ian Livingstone as Non-executive
Chairman on the day the Derbyshire-based studio
announces its intention to seek admission of its
shares to trading on the AIM Market ('AIM') of
the London Stock Exchange.
Ian Livingstone
has over 30 years' experience in the industry.
In 1975, he co-founded Games Workshop Ltd and
launched Dungeons and Dragons in Europe as well
as The Games Workshop retail chain. He joined
Eidos
in 1992 and was appointed Creative Director in
2002.
His outstanding
creative contribution to the industry has been
recognised by the award of a BAFTA in 2002 as
well as an appointment as Creative Industries
advisor to the British Council in 2003 and being
made a Creative Industries Luminary for London
in 2004.
