Hollywood superstar Brad Pitt has been taking care of Tomb Raider star Angelina Jolie's adopted children in New York while the Academy Award winner shoots scenes alongside Robert De Niro and Matt Damon in Eric Roth's The Good Shepherd.

Pitt has been photographed with six-month-old Zahara and four-year-old Maddox. An onlooker says, "Brad appeared very natural and confident with Angelina's children. He seemed very content and extremely happy. He looks like the perfect family man when he is with Zahara and Maddox."

The Good Shepherd, helmed by Robert De Niro, plots the history of over 40 years in the CIA, told through the eyes of James Wilson, one of its founding officers. The movie will debut on the silver screen in 2006.
