ANGELINA JOLIE TAPPED FOR 'BEOWULF'

Angelina Jolie will star apposite British actor Ray Winston in Robert Zemeckis' Beowulf. The movie is based on an 8th century Saxon poem about a knight who battles a monster in a medieval castle. Anthony Hopkins, Robin Wright Penn and John Malkovich are also on board.

The Tomb Raider star will next be seen on the small screen courtesy of MTV. The music channel will broadcast her tour of Kenya with economist Jeffrey Sachs. They will be part of a United Nations team working with mothers, children, health workers and village elders to fight poverty, hunger and disease.
