Following
its record breaking UK launch of 87,000 units

sales success with UK gamers having snapped up
over 200,000 units of the dual screen handheld
console in just over six weeks since launch. Games
sales also continue to be outstanding with Super
Mario 64 DS and WarioWare Touched! proving to
be firm favourites.
There
are over 16 titles now in stores and this initial
success will be followed by the release of more
great games including Yoshi Touch & Go from Nintendo
on 6th May, Need for Speed Underground 2 from
EA on 27h May and Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge
of the Sith from Ubisoft also in May, along with
many more to follow throughout 2005.
The success
in the UK follows in the wake of exceptional sales
in the US and Japan where over 3 million Nintendo
DS units have been sold worldwide since launch.

DS, and we have certainly accomplished this.'

of the Nintendo DS and will continue to watch
with excitement as it fulfils its obviously huge
