BRITNEY ON TOP OF ANGELINA

Former fashion designer "Mr. Blackwell" awarded teen pop sensation Britney Spears the coveted "Worst Dressed Woman of 2000" award today, with Tomb Raider star Angelina Jolie coming in a close second. The 41st annual awards also named Bjork, Madonna and Elizabeth Hurley to the top ten list coming in third to sixth respectively, according to Ananova Wednesday.
