TV broadcaster Johnny Carson has topped IMDb's
STARmeter displacing Closer star Natalie Portman
and Lara Croft Tomb Raider star Angelina Jolie
for the second week running. Jon Heder (Napoleon
Dynamite), Lindsay Lohan (The Princess Diaries
2: Royal Engagement) and Johnny Depp (The Libertine)
round out the top five.

users. Updated weekly, these rankings also graph
the popularity of people over time and determine
which events affect public awareness. Carson,
long-term host of NBC's The Tonight Show, died
23 January 2005, aged 79, from complications from
emphysema.
