Angelina Jolie's about to become Cambodian. The Prime Minister of Cambodia has offered Angelina citizenship in recognition of her humanitarian work there. It's the homeland of her adopted son Maddox and she fell in love with Cambodia when she was filming Tomb Raider.

Angelina reckons she'll accept citizenship sometime in December and can't wait: "I met with the Prime Minister about stopping a dam being built. We spoke about the different things I'd been doing in the country for the last few years. He said that they had given citizenship to two people on a humanitarian basis and offered me citizenship." I was extremely honoured and I love the people and it's my son's country so it's a great honour. I want to spend the day with the people there and have a celebration."
