Celebrities
across London have been sporting a new fashion
craze - but this time it's to show their support
for a good cause. Homeless charity Shelter have
introduced a red sweatband to highlight their
campaign to end bad housing for more than one
million British children. Stars such as Nell McAndrew
and rock bands like The Others and Hope of the
States have all been spotted wearing the red wristband,
which bears the new 'H for Shelter' logo.
With
their Million Children drive, Shelter are aiming
to end the tyranny of poor housing for children,
which includes overcrowding and unfit conditions
that can have devastating impacts on their future
prospects. The stylish wristbands can be bought
online for only £4 from www.shelter.org.uk.
