Tomb Raider star Angelina Jolie has been branded a tip raider by waiters at a posh Liverpool restaurant. The lilo-lipped beauty, 29, who plays action hero Lara Croft, had gone to the city on a recent UK trip to hook up with her Scouse pal Eunice Hothart, a stunt double. They went into the Schmooze bar in Wavertree with four burly minders. Despite splashing out 60 on a two-course meal, acting manager Andrew Hurman claims she failed to leave a gratuity for the starstruck staff.

"Angelina came into the restaurant for a meal with Eunice, who is one of our regulars," Hurman tells us. "She was very quiet and polite and was perfectly nice to a a man who asked for her autograph. "We are used to seeing D-list celebs in here, like Hollyoaks actors, but we were stunned when Angelina walked in. "When she left we cleared the tables and we were expecting a Hollywood blockbuster-sized tip. But there was nothing - not even a measly pound coin - left by either of them. "They are both absolutely minted. I can't believe they were so stingy."
