EIDOS PLC APPOINTS NEW VICE PRESIDENT

Eidos Inc., one of the world's leading publishers and developers of entertainment software, today announced Kevin Weston's promotion to Senior Vice President of Finance and Product Operations for North America. "We are pleased to announce Mr. Weston's appointment as Senior Vice President of Finance and Product Operations," said Rob Dyer, President of Eidos US. "Kevin has been a key contributor to Eidos' success over the past six years. His experience and outstanding service have made him invaluable to Eidos."

As part of his new role, Mr. Weston will oversee the production operations, business development and manufacturing activities at the company, as well as continuing to oversee the finance department. Mr. Weston joined Eidos in 1998 as the Vice President of Finance. Prior to joining Eidos, Mr. Weston worked for KPMG in the company's London office. About Eidos
