Justin Timberlake it seems is very busy singing legal tunes these days. According to a report in E-Online, the rocker has decided to pursue a lawsuit against Britain's News of the World after the tabloid published reports of Timberlake's romantic tryst with a British model Lucy Clarkson while Cameroon Diaz was in LA. The report in the tabloid claimed that Timberlake allegedly spent two "sizzling" nights with Lucy best known as a body double for Tomb Raider's Lara Croft, though Timberlake's reps have strongly denied the alleged affair.

"Justin never met the woman in question, and we are confident a lot of money will be won for a wonderful charity when we win this case," Ken Sunshine, Timberlake's rep, was quoted by the report as saying. The lawsuit was reportedly filed after the tabloid turned down Justin's offer to settle the matter out of court.

On the other hand, News of the World has stood in support of their story and is ready to take on the legal challenge. "We will vigorously defend these proceedings in court," a spokeswoman for the paper was quoted as saying.
