There were red faces all round at the premiere of Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11 - and it had nothing to do with the title of the film. The toe-curling meeting between Kate Moss's ex-lovers Jefferson Hack and Daniel Craig was what raised temperatures. The tension was palpable as the pair, both jilted by Kate this year, came face-to-face for the first time at the reception at Vue Cinema, Leicester Square.
