EIDOS PLC ANNOUNCES E3 2004 LINE-UP

Eidos plc has announced the official line-up for titles debuting at this years E3 Expo. Parading on the digital podium is: Backyard Wrestling 2: There Goes The Neighbourhood (PS2, Xbox), Crash 'n' Burn (PS2, Xbox, PC), Hitman: Contracts (PS2, Xbox, PC), Get On Da Mic (PS2), Imperial Glory (PC) and Singles: Flirt Up Your Life (PC)

Notable absences include Lara Croft, who will not be making an appearance at the trade show. Although an early build of Tomb Raider 7 had already been mobilised by new developer Crystal Dynamics, Steve Starvis - Eidos' head of communications - dismissed an E3 debut, stating that the game will be showcased "when the product is ready."

The Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) is the world's largest trade event exclusively dedicated to showcasing interactive entertainment and educational software and related products. Now in its tenth year, E3 2004, kicks off at the Los Angeles Convention Centre May 11 - 14. Conferences are held May 11 - 13 and the show floor is open May 12 - 14.
